  • Are you a social service provider who works with a low-income community that could benefit from yoga and wellness services?
  • Do you teach yoga but would like to take it out of the studios and into a vulnerable community in the D.C. area?
  • Do you teach yogaand would like to make one of your classes a donation class to help support the work on Anahata Grace?
  • Are you a wellness service provider that would like to provide your services to a vulnerable community in the D.C. area?
  • Are you a studio owner that would like to provide space for workshops, donation classes and/or mat donations to help support our work?
  • Are you a fan of our work but not any of the above?  We still need your help to help us with the numerous events we have coming up in the near future!

If you fit any of the above or have other ideas of how you can help, please contact us.  We will be hosting monthly potlucks at Meridian Hill for our wonderful Grace Volunteers – feel free to join with a yummy meal and a yoga mat (if you are so inclined).  The first one will be Saturday, May 1st from noon – 2pm.

We also recognize that here in D.C., none of us walk around with much free time.  If you would like to learn more about our work and support us with a hug and a nod, please come out to our happy hour on the rooftop of Public Bar on Thursday, April 29th from 5 – 7pm. More details are on our website, or you can RSVP on the facebook event page.

We also have numerous events coming up including weekly donation classes at Flow Yoga Center (1:30pm every Saturday), workshops at Yoga Chai with the great Megan Davis, and a Wellness Retreat Fundraiser for Veterans (to name a few) – all of which can be found on our website.
